   We don’t want you to be left wondering how things are going. As your dog’s grooming session nears completion, we’ll send you a text message letting you know that they’re almost ready to go home. You can carry on with your day, confident that we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Booking your dog’s grooming appointment should be as easy as possible, so we’ve made sure our system as straightforward and flexible to meet your needs. Here’s everything you need to know about scheduling:

Multiple Dogs? No Problem!
If you have more than one dog and their grooming needs are different, they’ll need to be scheduled separately. But don’t worry! If you’re unsure about how to book multiple dogs, just text us. We’re here to help and make sure everything works out smoothly.

Need an Appointment Sooner?
We can add you to our waitlist, and we typically have a 99% success rate in getting you an appointment when you need it most.

For future appointments, we highly recommend booking your next grooming session while you’re at the salon. It ensures you get the time that works best for you, and helps prevent matting or coat issues that come with waiting too long.

Just a Nail Trim?
No need for an appointment if it’s just a nail trim! You can walk in Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM—we’ll take care of your pup’s nails without the need for an appointment.
